Job Description

Are you a hardworking, detail-oriented skilled laborer ready to take on a rewarding project? We're seeking a versatile professional to assist in the complete gut and remodel of a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. This is a hands-on opportunity to showcase your expertise in residential remodeling while working on a variety of tasks inside and out.

Note: The hourly rate for this position is $24 - $25 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.

Responsibilities:

• Interior Remodeling: Framing, drywall installation, painting, finish work, tile work, and more.
• Exterior Work: Painting, landscaping, and assisting with windows/doors installation.
• Kitchen & Bathroom Renovations: Participate in the transformation of these critical spaces.
• General Construction Support: Collaborate with the team to ensure quality and efficiency throughout the project.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential construction, remodeling, or skilled labor.
• Knowledge of tools and equipment related to framing, drywall, painting, tile work, and general construction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks.
