Event Promotions Assistant - Entry Level

What You’ll Do
Represent charity partners at community events, pop-ups, and promotional campaigns
Engage with the public to share campaign information and inspire support
Assist with event setup, logistics, and breakdown
Support donor engagement and retention efforts
Promote brand awareness and goodwill for nonprofit partners
Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly presence at all times
What We’re Looking For
Outgoing, friendly, and passionate about helping others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working face-to-face with the public
Energetic, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work
Willingness to work full-time hours and travel locally, regionally, or nationally
