Premier, high quality printing and marketing company in VA is busy. Due to growth and client demand the company is hiring experienced Print Production Coordinator.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage production of jobs from order entry through production to fulfillment and shipping.
• Act as a liaison among the customer, sales reps and the internal production teams.
• Function as the primary owner of accounts
• Identify, analyze, and negotiate issues to successful completion (schedules, quality, etc)
• Manage schedule adherence with internal & external customers (with awareness to sales)
• Impact improved profitability of accounts (change orders, efficiencies, paper, ink)
• Escalate queries & concerns
• Request pricing from estimating and, upon receipt, provide pricing to the customer with guidance from the Account Executive
• Consult with customers on overall project specifications (specs for machinery, files, shipping methods, mailing requirements, company operating procedures)

Qualifications include:

• 3 - 5 years minimum experience in customer service , account management or project management in the printing industry.
• Technical knowledge of commercial printing operations including prepress, press, and finishing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MSO required.
• Working knowledge of PACE a plus.
• Strong math and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task efficiently and accurately.
• Effective collaboration within a team environment.

Starting salary range $60,000 - $68,000 + company benefits, 401k match and relocation assistance.
