Senior Administrative Assistant (Part Time)

:

Mayvin is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to support the Assistant Director and the Office of Professional Responsibility, as needed, in a timely and professional manner while performing a broad range of tasks.

This position is part time. Not to exceed 25-30 hours per week, 5 days per week in office, but only 5-6hrs per day.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must be able to undergo and pass a background investigation (BI)

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and manage daily calendars
• Demonstrate professional level in verbal and written communications
• Prepare meeting documents, including agendas, slide decks, handouts, and notes
• Prepare special reports on an as-needed basis
• Consistently follow up on assignments, projects, and requested appointments
• Keep the program office well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities

Qualifications :

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must have three years of specialized experience in the duties described above
• Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Superior knowledge of Microsoft Suite and videoconferencing applications such as Teams, Zoom, and WebEx is required

Preferred Qualifications :

• Direct support of a Director or above within a Government Agency
