MidAtlantic Mechanical, LLC is an HVAC contractor established in 2006, looking for a part time administrative assistant to perform administrative and clerical accounting tasks. This includes, office supply management, filing, scanning, processing accounts payables, accounts receivables, assist with technician scheduling and other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years administrative background, contracting and dispatching/call center experience a plus.

- Must have strong organization and multitasking skills

- Strong telephone skills, receiving and placing follow up phone calls as needed

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks)
- Positive team player attitude, ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work with a team and independently

-Ability to resolve conflict and address potential upcoming issues
- Strong written/oral communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent customer service attitude
- Ability to think, look ahead, and problem solve and meet deadlines

- Ability to prioritize and work with team to set priority deadlines

Looking for about 16-24 hours per week, during the months of October – January, more time may be available. This is an onsite position, located at our office in Purcellville, VA. Pay rate from $18.00 -$23.00/hour
