Are you a self-starter with a heart for service and a knack for connecting the right people to the right roles? Our growing ID/DD program is looking for a Part-Time DSP Recruiter to help us build a dependable float pool and fill permanent Direct Support Professional (DSP) roles across our 10+ group homes. This is your chance to make a direct impact by reducing agency dependence and strengthening care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
What Youll Do
- Post and manage job ads on platforms like Indeed, Facebook, and local boards
- Actively source and screen candidates for a central Float Pool and permanent DSP roles
- Conduct 1520 interviews weekly to build a robust staffing pipeline
- Coordinate onboarding: background checks, TB tests, CPR/FA, drug screens
- Work closely with the scheduler to place hires in float or permanent slots
- Maintain and update a real-time float pool roster weekly
- Track recruiting metrics to ensure hiring and retention goals are met
What You Bring
- 12 years of healthcare recruiting experience (ID/DD preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfort using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and applicant tracking systems
- A self-driven mindset with the ability to manage your own workflow
Compensation & Perks
- $22$25/hour
- Flexible part-time schedule
- Quarterly bonus eligibility up to $1,500 based on performance metrics like:
