Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a skilled Home Health RN for a travel contract in Danville, VA. This role is ideal for an experienced nurse confident in field-based patient care and OASIS documentation. Candidates must be comfortable working independently and committed to timely care delivery. Locals and travelers both accepted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home nursing care and assessments

• Update care plans and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams

• Complete OASIS documentation with 24-hour turnaround

• Use Homecare Homebase for documentation

• Deliver compassionate and compliant patient care

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Virginia

• Minimum of 2 years recent home health experience

• Proficiency with OASIS documentation (24-hour turnaround required)

• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB)

• Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and insurance

• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
