We are currently seeking a Navy Program Analyst to join our team supporting PEO IWS 6 Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) program.

What you’ll do:

Provide on-site programmatic, analytical and advisory support to PEO IWS 6.0 leadership to accomplish program goals.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain budget Spend Plans to track the program’s executed funding
• Collect and distribute Task Planning Sheets (TPS) and summaries to ensure all appropriations are accounted for
• Create, track and analyze monthly reports using ERP system
• Attend meetings on behalf of clients and record minutes and action items, and resolve action items
• Create high level briefs, information papers and decision papers
• Manage activity, leave and travel calendars
• Attend meetings and provide on-site/in-person support as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a university accredited in the United States
• 3-5 years prior experience supporting a Department of the Navy program office
• Prior Navy Budget management experience
• Prior experience with TPS
• Experience using N-ERP systems strongly preferred
• Prior experience liaising with field activities and other program offices
• Active Secret clearance required
• Expert MS Office skills including Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC’s clients.
