ABOUT THIS ROLE
St. Michael's is hiring a Vice President of Client Experience. As the Vice President of Client Experience, you will be responsible for operations on all professional services contracts supporting our federal clients, including responsibility for P&L, schedule and quality. Our core values of Excellence in Reputation, Commitment , Dependability, Teamwork, and Candor will be paramount to this role as you will ensure exceptional performance and sales growth to our DHS, DoD and IC customers.

- You are energized by accountability, not burdened by it. P&L, schedule, quality—those are your scoreboards, and you play to win.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree and bring with you an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret.
