Position: Diesel Technician, Trailer Technician, or Reefer Technician
Location: Gordonsville, VA
Pay: $26–$40/hour (based on experience) + $2/hour overnight premium
Schedule Options:

• Sunday – Wednesday, 5:30 PM – 4:00 AM
• Thursday – Saturday, 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance on trucks, trailers, refrigeration units, and APUs
• Complete brake replacements, suspension repairs, DOT/FHWA inspections
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems & ABS brakes
• Handle tire mounting, balancing, and flat repairs
• Perform structural trailer repairs, rear door replacements, and washouts
• Troubleshoot APUs and respond to road service calls
• Operate forklifts, hoists, and shop equipment safely
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and service company vehicles

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of shop experience (or tech school certification)
• Experience with DOT inspections, brakes, or suspension preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must own toolbox and required tools
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Strong teamwork and work ethic
