At The Lodge at Old Trail in Charlottesville, VA, we're redefining what a full-time or part-time Chef - Cook role can be-and we're looking for someone who's ready for something better!

WHAT YOU'LL DO EACH DAY:

• Prepare dinner dishes completely from scratch
• Cook and plate proteins and sides to order
• Confidently run the line during service
• Maintain a spotless station that meets Virginia Department of Health standards
• Wrap up each shift with a full kitchen clean-down

To Qualify, You'll Need:

• 2+ years of basic cooking or prep experience in a restaurant or professional kitchen

Preferred ( not required ): Customer service experience, butchery skills, dietary-restricted cooking, senior living facilities, or high-volume kitchens.

WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN:

• Pay: $17.00–$22.00/hr
• Schedule: Full-time or part-time stability with hours that you can count on, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Friday - Sunday!
