Experienced Sales Consultant
Description of the role: As an Experienced Sales Consultant at Wynne Ford in Hampton, VA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the car-buying process. What We Offer:

- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and outs of the product offerings, optional packages, and latest technologies.
- Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and actively listening to their responses.
- Maintain an ongoing relationship and communication with the customer to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Negotiate closure clearly and concisely.
- Complete all documentation accurately and comprehensively.
- Stay current on brand promotions, financing options, value-added products, and industry trends.
- Prior experience in automotive sales
- Proven track record in sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
- Willing to submit pre-employment background check and drug screen
