Restaurant Prep & Inventory Team member

We are looking for a highly reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented team member to assist with truck deliveries, inventory management, prep work, equipment maintenance, and pre-closing tasks . This role is critical in ensuring our restaurant operates smoothly, allowing our team to stay focused on serving guests.

The ideal candidate works with a sense of urgency , follows checklists and tasks with excellence , and takes ownership of their responsibilities without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Morning Shift (2-3 hours, Flexible Timing)

• Truck Days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday):
• Receive and inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality.
• Stock and organize inventory in designated areas.
• Prep ingredients and supplies to support a smooth service.
• Non-Truck Days (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday):
• Perform maintenance and cleaning of equipment/machines.
• Organize storage and prep areas.
• Assist with any additional deliveries or inventory needs.

Evening Shift (2-3 hours, Daily):

• Restock and organize supplies for the next day.
• Execute pre-closing checklists to ensure a smooth shutdown.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and prep areas.
• Help with dishes
• Ensure the team can focus on guest service rather than closing tasks.

Previous experience in food service, warehouse, or restaurant operations is a plus but not required .
