Skilled in dispatch, transportation, or logistics (1+ year required)
Able to multi-task under pressure in a high-volume environment
Tech-savvy with dispatch software and GPS tracking tools

- Have a stable job history and a proven track record of performance
🎯 Dispatcher Responsibilities
Coordinate high-volume medical and non-medical deliveries
Dispatch and monitor drivers in real time
Adjust routes and schedules quickly to solve problems
Maintain clear communication with drivers and customers
Make critical decisions under pressure to keep operations running
