Front Desk Receptionist (PT)
: Position: Front Desk Receptionist Location/s: Ashland, VA Duration: Contract to Hire Starting Pay: $20.00/hr . Shift: 1st Shift (7:30 AM - 11:30 AM, Mon-Fri) Job Overview: We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to handle phones, make copies for engineers, and assist with basic admin tasks, including simple accounting duties. Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk: Welcome visitors and maintain a tidy reception area.
- Phone Handling: Answer and direct calls, and take messages.
- Admin Support: Make copies, and assist with filing.
- Basic Accounting: Support with non-technical tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous admin experience preferred.
Personal Attributes:
- Friendly and quick learner.
- Growth-oriented mindset.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Must pass a criminal background check (7-year felony + sex offender)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test (10 panels for recreational drugs and opiates)
