Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years Stepdown RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from critical illness or surgery in a stepdown unit.
- Monitor patient statuses closely, recognizing and responding to changes promptly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and post-discharge instructions.
- Maintain meticulous patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current and valid RN license.
- Experience in Stepdown or progressive care nursing.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
