Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience working with juveniles and their families.
- Knowledge and/or experience of the criminal justice system.
- Effective communication orally and in writing.
- Knowledge of techniques to interview clients.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Bachelor's Degree required

Duties include:
- Monitoring and counseling of families.
- Travel in own vehicle required; mileage is reimbursed.
- Flexible schedule required.
- Providing assistance, modeling behaviors, and reinforcing positive actions.
- Preparing records of client visits, progress, and case notes.
- Preparing court reports/final reports for the courts and court service units.
- Responding to emergencies and crisis interventions as needed.
- Establishing working relationships with families, court personnel, referral agencies, and other service providers.
