We are seeking individuals who have worked in an office environment to fill the position of Invoicing Coordinator for our Fredericksburg location. **Job Description** **The selected candidate will:** + Review sales orders for accuracy and billing the orders + Perform Inventory adjustments + Compare purchase orders to sale orders + Review service tickets to service orders + Calculate and compare freight to billing policy **Required Qualifications** **The successful candidate's background will include:** + Associate Degree in Accounting (required) or working towards a related degree; Bachelor Degree in Accounting (preferred); **Significant experience may be substituted for the education requirement** + Skilled in Accounts Payable and/or knowledge in the service industry a plus. + Expert verbal and written English proficiency + Skilled in Google and Microsoft Office suites. + SAP experience preferred + Perform all other duties by the Managers **We offer a competitive salary.
