Project Manager

**Hybrid 3 days on site in Richmond, VA**

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. W2 Pay Rate $40-$45/hr

• Manage the various aspects of the project using formal project management practices, lead meetings, and drive results.
• Includes project planning, tactical implementation, and close out, ensuring that all project requirements are met.
• Includes intermediate level ability to develop detailed plans and schedules and track progress across the team, providing proper oversight, and knowing when to escalate roadblocks to leadership.
• Partner and collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint OR Google Sheets and Slides (Is a MUST).
• Have great attention to detail (Is a MUST)
• Be able to proactively and effectively communicate and present to leaders and stakeholders as needed. This includes slide/dashboard creation
• Help problem solve and recommend solutions

• Traditional Project management – leading meetings, driving results, working cross functionally across teams in cyber, compliance, legal, ESM
• Not looking for a Technical PM – looking for more of a business / operations PM rather than a Technical/IT PM or Agile Delivery Lead
• Working with leadership stakeholders
• Important to have MS Excel or PowerPoint or the equivalent of Google Slides/Sheets – must have – expectation that they can provide presentations and ashboards to leadership about stauts of project
• Tracking around status of certain suppliers that need to be remediated and brought up to standards
• Not expecting this PM to take action on the remediation
• If there are roadmaps or bottlenecks, these are escalated
• Keep tracking up to date for status reporting
• Build relationships easily
• Collaborate across teams
• What we don’t need:
  • Not looking for strictly tech or agile related project manager
• Plus to have financial industry experience, but not a must-have.
• Several years of Project Management experience
• Handling one project – not performing people leadership, but performing oversight of this supplier status tracking & reporting

• Bachelors Degree required
