Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Job Description
Join a dynamic team operating unique fabrication equipment, specifically in the metal bending and cutting processes for large window and glass units. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating all CNC equipment, changing programs for each run, and manipulating the CNC control panel. You will also utilize computer-based programs and measuring equipment throughout your shift.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC equipment specific to the industry.
- Change programs and manipulate CNC control panels for each run.
- Utilize computer-based programs and measuring equipment.
- Operate saws, brake presses, and other specialized equipment for metal bending.
- Meet daily and overall production goals for respective departments.
- Utilize hoists and team lifts for moving larger pieces of sheet metal or glass materials.
Essential Skills
- 1-2 years experience with CNC equipment and metal fabrication.
- Proficient in tools such as drills, hand tools, and measurement tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret digital 3D drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and tape measure proficiency.
- Experience with CNC setup, operation, and quality control.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
