We’re Hiring: Parks Maintenance Worker

Location: Henry County Parks & Recreation
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary Minimum: $37,224 annually ($17.90/hour)

Join our team as a Parks Maintenance Worker! Every day brings something new — from landscaping and trail upkeep to building repairs and playground installations. You’ll handle hands-on tasks like mowing, trimming, painting, light construction, and equipment maintenance to keep our community’s parks safe, clean and inviting. This role also helps prep athletic fields and assist with special events.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys physical, outdoor work, can operate tools and machinery confidently, and takes pride in a job well done. What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Prior experience with mowing, landscaping, and maintenance
