HR Generalist-Onsite
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of dedicated HR Generalist experience.
- Technical Proficiency: * Hands-on experience with Workday (Required).
- skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Outlook).
- Expertise: Solid understanding of state/federal labor laws and performance management processes.
- Attributes: Highly collaborative, able to maintain strict confidentiality, and focused on delivering an exceptional employee experience.

- Performance Coaching: Provide direct support to managers on people management, career development, and performance cycles.
- Employee Relations: Act as a consultant for workplace issues, facilitating resolutions and managing formal/informal complaints.
- Full-Cycle Talent Support: Oversee recruitment and onboarding to meet departmental growth goals.
- Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to US federal and state employment laws, specifically focusing on ADA, Leave of Absence (LOA), and Disability processes.
- Strategic Partnership: Work with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement site-wide engagement initiatives and policy harmonization.
