Maintain a caseload of 2022 clients per week
Provide clinical supervision to a small team of pre-licensed therapists (MSW/LMSW)
Oversee clinic productivity, documentation, and quality of care
Support hiring, training, and performance management
Partner with ownership to drive clinic growth and community outreach What Were Looking For:
Active Virginia LCSW license + VA Board Approved Supervisor status
12+ years of clinical supervision experience in private practice
Comfortable in a performance-based compensation environment
Strong knowledge of VA mental health regulations
Someone who can share their passion for the field with their Supervisees, and ensure that they are provided guidance and support weekly Why Join Ellie?
