College Hunks of NoVa (Northern Virginia) in Falls Church is hiring MOVE CAPTAINS/DRIVERS

College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving  is  looking to hire Move Drivers!  Get paid to stay fit, build your resume, and work side-by-side with phenomenal mentors who will help develop you as a leader. We want to fully support you and see you grow personally and professionally!

The position includes the following responsibilities:

1. Provide stress-free service for a variety of clients in different situations.
2. Be a positive representation of our company.
3. SAFELY operate the vehicle at all times.
4. Ensure all daily truck inspections (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc.) are performed.
5. Make sure the truck has enough receipts, safety equipment, and marketing material.
6. Be a positive and motivated leader for your team.
7. Help to train new hires about the day-to-day operations and core values.
8. Handle and collect money/checks from clients.
9. Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc.
10. Check in regularly throughout the day with your direct supervisor.
11. Safely drive, move, pack, and unpack customer belongings.

Pay Structure:

Pay ranging from $17.00-$25.00/hr. base on experience + tips and bonuses ($1,000+ /week)

Requirements and skills:

1. MUST have weekend availability
2. MUST be at least 21+ to drive
3. MUST have a working mobile phone
4. MUST have reliable transportation
5. MUST be able to safely drive small and medium-sized box trucks.
6. Experience in Moving Industry is required (1+ years)
7. MUST have a valid and clean driver's license (to be a driver)
8. Be the designated leader and manage the customer and crew
9. MUST have the ability to direct and supervise moving crew
10. Great customer service is preferred
11. MUST be hard working and enjoy physical labor
12. MUST be able to lift at least 75lbs
13. Excel in a position of independence and responsibility
14. Be willing to have a background check done

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

1. Full time some weekends
