Information Technology (IT) Project Analyst will support the planning, execution, and management of various projects, ensuring they align with M26/Intelligence Enterprise Management Office (IEMO) goals and requirements. This role involves analyzing project data, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing insights to drive project success. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Project Planning and Coordination:
- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure alignment and adherence to project timelines.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed to ensure project success.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all parties are informed of project status, changes, and key decisions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in project management.
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project analysis, project management, or a related field
- Proven experience working on projects within a high-security environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified associate in project management (CAPM) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or 5 years of related field work
