2nd shift coordinator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Second Shift ( Sunday through Saturday from 02:30pm to 02:00am )

• Manage the workflow during assigned shifts to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor staff performance and delegate tasks as needed.
• Lead, support, and motivate team members to meet performance goals.
• Provide training, coaching, and feedback to new and existing staff.
• Manage time clock entries and report attendance issues.
• Fill staffing gaps due to absences or unexpected demand.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

2nd shift coordinator Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred
• Ability to supervise and motivate team members
• Skilled in organizing and prioritizing shift tasks efficiently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Quick thinker in resolving conflicts or operational issues
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and operational procedures
