You’ll be responsible for managing the reception area, supervising front office staff, enforcing hotel policies, and ensuring guest services are exemplary. Compensation:$17 hourly
Responsibilities:- Make sure to adhere to the front desk budget and put in orders for office supplies as needed
- Direct front desk operations and ensure customer service meets our high standards for guest satisfaction
- Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints
- Compile occupancy reports and financial information for the general manager
- Hire, train, and supervise front desk staff, including concierge, front desk agents, and ensure they provide excellent guest services and enforce hotel policies
- Showcase exceptional multitasking, communication, and management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent certification required (GED)
- At least 2 years of experience as a front office manager, front desk, or similar position in the hospitality industry or related field
- Experience with MS office and bookkeeping skills desired
- Prior hospitality experience of 1 year is required for this position
