What You’ll Do
As a Sales Manager you’ll be leading a team that generates revenue by maintaining and upselling existing B2B customers, helping our dealers gain market share with our industry leading digital solutions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Build, coach and develop a high-performing sales team and ensure plans and best practices are implemented and tracked
- Work directly with sales professionals to provide direction and leadership in the development and closing of sales opportunities, providing expertise to directly drive revenue
- Develop relationships with dealer client key contacts
- Set clear expectations and articulate the vision of the organization
- Identify sales growth opportunities, as well as market challenges, develop and implement innovative action plans
- Maintain a deep understanding of the market and monitor competitive products, innovations, and activities
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B digital marketing/advertising in account management and/or business development experience
- 1+ years experience in people management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
Bonus Points
- Working experience within Commercial, Recreational, Powersports or Automotive digital sales
- CRM experience, we use Salesforce
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline
