We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our financial team, with primary responsibilities in Accounts Receivable. In this role, you'll manage critical financial transactions and customer relationships for our established electronic manufacturing services company. What You'll Do:

• Manage daily AR processing, including billing, invoicing, cash receipts, credit memos, RMA credits, and customer communications
• Maintain accurate documentation by scanning payments, organizing files, and handling W-9 requests
• Prepare and distribute daily and weekly sales reports, AR aging reports, and other recurring internal reports
• Process customer sales and resale taxes in Epicor, including researching and entering correct tax rates
• Monitor AR collections, PPV billing, shipping cost programs, and tariff billing and provide timely feedback
• Assist with administrative tasks such as document compliance and maintaining breakroom supply inventory

What You'll Bring:

• Associates or bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience
• One to three years accounting experience, or equivalent education
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Epicor experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

Work Environment:

• 9/80 work schedule giving you every other Friday off
• Work-from-home one day per week
