Key Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with good writing skills;
- Positive, welcoming, and professional demeanor;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create a positive first impression for our diverse clientele;
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks;
- Familiarity with multi-line telephones, Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn new software;
- Dependable and punctual.
Responsibilities:
As a Receptionist at our law firm, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming telephone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls;
- Greeting and directing office guests in a courteous and respectful manner;
- Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar;
- Processing incoming mail, scanning, copying, and filing documents;
- Operating office equipment, such as fax/scan/copy machines, computers, and phones;
- Performing other duties as assigned.
