Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic & Pelvic Health

Location: Williamsburg, VA

Type : full-time

Overview
A well-established outpatient clinic with over 21 years of service, is seeking full-time Physical Therapists to join a collaborative, patient-centered team. The clinic specializes in orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic health rehabilitation , with a strong emphasis on manual therapy . This is a great opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates , with a supportive environment designed to build clinical confidence and skills.

Open Positions

We are hiring three full-time Physical Therapists to replace current travel coverage:

• 2 Physical Therapists with an Orthopedic focus
• 1 Physical Therapist with Pelvic Health and Orthopedic experience

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Salary: $80,000 – $105,000 annually (based on experience and outpatient skillset)
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500
  • $1,250 after 90 days
  • $1,250 after 180 days (must be actively employed)
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 (paid upfront; subject to repayment if employment ends within 2 years)

• Paid Time Off (PTO):
  • 2 weeks annually (accrues after 90 days)
  • Must maintain 37 hours/week for full-time status
• Paid Holidays:
  • 6 standard holidays after 90 days
  • 1 floating holiday after 1 year

  • Employer contribution: $200–$300/month based on tenure

Schedule & Setting

• Clinic Hours:
  • Mon–Thurs: 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Shifts:
  • Opening: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Closing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• On-Call/Weekends: None required
• Facility Type: Private practice outpatient
  • Locations include orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic health specialties
  • Parkinson’s program available

Hiring Process

  • In-person preferred for local candidates
  • Microsoft Teams for out-of-area candidates
  • Conducted by operations manager and owner

• Manual therapy experience
