Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

This position is fully on-site in Falls Church, VA. This is not a remote position.

Job Description:

Provide Lean Six Sigma consulting services as a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt for a DoD client in Falls Church, VA. Provide facilitation and related decision services using innovative, progressive, and results-oriented approaches for DoD engaged in collaboration efforts, working groups, or teams. Support includes but is not limited to the following services:

• Define, refine, and resolve disputes, disagreements, and divergent views;
• Lead or facilitate group briefings and discussions, enabling focused decision-making, and issue resolution using a variety of improvement methodologies;
• Perform analytic and administrative duties related to project execution and implementation of recommendations;
• Provide modeling, simulation, and other applicable approaches to support a robust approach to improving processes;
• Record discussion content and related facilitation support services with supporting reports;
• Coach government personnel through project execution at the green belt and black belt level or equivalent in other methodologies throughout the life of their project(s)
• Provide coaching to client and project leadership;

Required Qualifications:

• Three years consulting, advising, and working with DOD or federal clients.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• BS/BA in relevant field(s)
• Active Secret Security Clearance

Other Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Change Management Professional
• Scrum Master
• Prior active duty Air Force or Air Force medical experience
