Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities * Perform routine and complex maintenance across our campus, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. * Diagnose issues and implement solutions with minimal supervision. * Complete preventative maintenance and assist with scheduled renovation or upgrade projects. * Collaborate with fellow team members and outside contractors. * Interact professionally and courteously with residents and staff. What You Bring * 3–5 years of commercial HVAC experience (certification required; additional certifications a plus). * Hands-on expertise in electrical, mechanical, and general building systems. * Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and in various physical environments (wet areas, confined spaces, etc.). * A team-player mindset and commitment to service excellence.
