Part Time Motorcycle Transportation Specialist (On Call Friday - Sunday)

Motorcyclists don’t often have a plan for when they break down. Most tow truck drivers are not very familiar with towing motorcycles properly…………. This is where we shine. Our specialty is serving the two-wheeled community with professional expertise. Transporting their motorcycle safely and securely is our number 1 priority.

Tow N Go takes great pride in serving the Hampton Roads Region. As we are growing, we are in search of a qualified candidate that will treat our customers like family and handle their motorcycles with care.

Responsibilities:

· Complete truck inspection on a daily basis as instructed and fill the truck with fuel.

· Receive dispatched information from office for initial tow (towbook app)

· Reach out to customer with your ETA

· Arrive on site, introduce yourself, take photos before touching the motorcycle, load motorcycle, secure it, and then take payment on site.

· When dropping off motorcycle, remove bike from lift, park in designated area, take “after” photos and check in with service shop, dealer, etc. If taking bike to customers home, take pictures of it where they designate you park it.

· Complete paperwork and send in to office and prepare for next call.

· Make sure truck is clean and free of debris at all times. Park where designated and lock the doors when truck is not in use.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Clean Driving Record.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Successfully complete training exercises
• Experience operating motorcycles
• Physically maneuver motorcycles (up to 900lbs) that cannot move under their own power
