Essential Job Functions: - Develops multiplatform marketing strategies and planning; oversees campaign implementation, monitoring, optimization and performance.
- Develops digital and social platform initiatives, including content, marketing performance and audience development.
- Write non-technical copy, edit, and proofread marketing materials.
- Monitor and research marketing trends and strategies to stay up to date with best practices in social media management and digital marketing.
- Identify digital channels and execute social media strategies for campaigns including idea generation, content creation, design, and scheduling.
- Maintain and act as the main point of contact for the organization's website including web updates and development.
- Create marketing collateral including writing, developing, and managing of marketing materials.
- Conduct search engine optimization tasks to determine strategies for improving visibility and ranking.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with executives, physicians, and staff at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines are essential for success in this role.
- Success in this fast-paced role requires strong critical thinking, keen attention to detail, and excellent time-management skills. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, demonstrate the flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively, and be comfortable juggling multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant field preferred
- Applicant must be experienced with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office as well as Website Content Management Systems and social media platforms
- Minimum 3 years marketing experience required
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Applicant must be flexible to cover marketing events during after hours, and occasional weekends as needed
