Inside Sales Representative

Description

Sell products and services to new and existing customers via telephone, fax and email.

• Enter sales orders and quotes into P21.

• Provide pricing and product information as requested.

• Provide customer and outside sales representative with price and updated delivery information as required.

• Assist walk in customers if needed.

• Ensure that catalog data and pricing provided to the customer is current.

• Follow through with customer inquiries, complaints and discrepancies and ensure all are handled / corrected in a timely manner.

• Follow up on all customer quotes to determine outcome.

• Attend department or company-wide meetings as required.

Required Qualifications:

2 years of experience in the inside sales - open to industry as long as they can see that they demonstrated good data entry/computer/customer service skills

If they have industrial sales industry experience that would be ideal!

Data Entry would be acceptable too, they are willing to train

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norfolk, VA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Norfolk,VA.
