Delivery Driver
Join our team at Minuteman Press as a Delivery Person where you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries to our valued customers. This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities, from interacting with clients to representing our brand with professionalism and attention to detail. You will be delivering welcome packages to both current customers and potential clients. In addition to delivery duties, you will also contribute to office tasks such as customer service, including quoting, emails and follow-ups. Our team operates in a collaborative environment where everyone works together towards a shared goal.. Key Responsibilities:

• Make local deliveries of printed materials and promotional items to our customers

• Drop off welcome packages to potential clients to help generate new business

• Represent Minuteman Press with a professional and courteous demeanor — you'll be the first impression many people have of us

• Assist in customer service when not on deliveries — this includes answering phones, providing order updates, quoting jobs, and following up with customers

• Jump in wherever needed to support the team — from helping in the bindery area to packaging finished jobs

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Neat, well-groomed appearance and excellent verbal communication

• Friendly, respectful, and customer-focused attitude

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move around the shop comfortably

• Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Prior delivery or print shop experience is a plus, but not required
