Senior Product Manager - MCIM Application Job Summary As the Senior Product Manager for the MCIM platform, you will lead in driving product strategy and delivering innovative solutions that address critical infrastructure management needs. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce AppExchange (ISV) applications and a strong focus on identifying unmet customer challenges, aligning product initiatives with the company's financial objectives, and ensuring high-quality product delivery. You will lead the entire product lifecycle, from discovery through to execution and go-to-market, working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success teams to enhance MCIM’s market position. Your key responsibilities will include customer research, prioritization of product features, and ensuring delivery meets performance and quality standards that support the company’s growth. MCIM is fast becoming the leader in data center management. With three of the top four global data center colocation companies and eight of the top ten global banks as customers, MCIM is the emerging standard for data center operations excellence. You will play a critical role in defining the strategic capabilities, prioritization, and roadmap for the MCIM platform and modules, which encompass unified elements of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM). Key Responsibilities Product Discovery & Strategy Conduct in-depth market and customer discovery to identify unsolved challenges in the mission-critical infrastructure space. Develop product strategies that align with customer needs, market trends, and Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem opportunities. Design experiments and prototypes to validate the effectiveness of a solution and iterate on successes Continuously engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to validate product assumptions and prioritize features that provide the highest business impact. Prioritization & Roadmap Planning Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize product features that align with financial and strategic goals. Maintain a well-defined product roadmap that reflects both long-term vision and short-term execution plans. Use data-driven decision-making to balance innovation, customer demands, and revenue generation Financial Alignment & Impact Work closely with the executive leadership team to ensure product development initiatives are aligned with the company’s financial objectives and growth targets. Analyze financial metrics, customer feedback, and market data to make informed prioritization decisions. Develop pricing strategies and business models that maximize revenue from MCIM’s Product Suite. Product Development & Delivery Partner with engineering and development teams to ensure the successful and timely delivery of features that meet high-quality standards. Act as the bridge between technical teams and customers to ensure clarity and alignment on product requirements and delivery expectations. Manage the entire product lifecycle from initial concept through to launch and ongoing iteration. Go-to-Market Enablement & Stakeholder Communication Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enable effective go-to-market strategies for new features and products. Create product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates the value of MCIM solutions to target customers and stakeholders. Provide ongoing training and support to sales and customer success teams to ensure effective product adoption and revenue growth. Qualifications Experience 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years managing Salesforce AppExchange applications or other cloud-based SaaS products Proven track record of successfully managing complex products through the entire product lifecycle, including discovery, prioritization, development, and launch. Skills Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly AppExchange (ISV) applications, and strong familiarity with Salesforce development best practices Customer research and discovery skills, with the ability to translate customer pain points into actionable, repeatable solutions Excellent financial acumen with experience in aligning product initiatives with company revenue goals and growth strategies. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present ideas and strategies to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience working within the mission-critical infrastructure or asset management sector (EAM, CMMS) is preferred but not required Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Application Architect certifications are preferred.
