We're now looking for a motivated, relationship-driven individual to join our Northern Virginia team as a Hybrid Growth Representative & Inspection Scheduler. This full-time position combines the heart of customer service with the energy of sales and the precision of scheduling.

In this unique hybrid role, you'll serve as both the welcoming voice of Burgess Inspections and a driving force behind our business growth. You'll reach out to prospective partners, nurture existing relationships, and schedule inspections for families making one of the most important decisions of their lives - buying a home. Your day-to-day will include making lead generation calls, coordinating with real estate agents, and ensuring our inspectors are booked efficiently across Northern Virginia. You'll also collaborate with our marketing team, represent the company at local events, and provide administrative support to help streamline our internal processes.

This role is perfect for someone confident on the phone, naturally builds rapport with others, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities with professionalism and care. Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, and familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office or CRM systems is helpful - though we're happy to train the right person.
