TKO Homes Inc a is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the company as a commercial estimator. Meet with clients to review project scope and prepare an estimate in a timely manner.
- The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and proposals for construction projects
- At least 5yrs construction industry experience
- This position requires a solid understanding of construction methodologies, scope analyses, and proposal development.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project scopes to develop accurate estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other costs.
- Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Excellent organizational skills and follow-through with clients
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to obtain and evaluate pricing.
- Spanish Speaking is a plus
- Knowledgeable with EntryLINK a plus
