🔧 Mechanical Assembler – Weekend & Weekday Shifts Available!

We’re hiring for both Weekend and Weekday shifts at our brand-new facility , offering a vibrant work culture and opportunities to grow your career.

• Assemble driveshafts using hand tools and mechanical equipment (cut-off saws, welders, hydraulic presses, balancers).
• Measure components with tape measures and calipers to ensure precision.
• Interpret work orders and dimensional specs.
• Perform testing and troubleshooting to meet quality standards.
• Use tablets, computers, and scanners to manage workflow.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all PPE and safety protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Basic mechanical and computer skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and math skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

• Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Weekday Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.25/hr.
