Help Wanted: Experienced Outside Sales Representative

Location: Southern WV, including Bluefield/Princeton to Southwest VA down to Bristol
Industry: Janitorial Supplies • Foodservice Disposables • Packaging Supplies
Position Type: Full-Time | Commission + Base Salary | Benefits Available

Are you a motivated, results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in the janitorial, foodservice, or packaging supply industries? We’re looking for a seasoned Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team and help us expand our customer base while building strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while prospecting for new business.

• Identify customer needs and recommend products that best meet their operational requirements.

• Meet or exceed sales targets in assigned territory.

• Prepare quotes, submit orders, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and product innovations.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of outside sales experience, specifically in janitorial supplies, foodservice disposables, or packaging products.

• Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate value to customers.

• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
