What we offer
- $25 - $27 per hour plus Spiffs (Negotiable depending on Experience!)
- Approximate 40 Hour Work week, Shift schedule Monday – Friday
- 100% Employer paid medical insurance (health, dental, vision, life) post 90 days

You will accurately and efficiently install top-of-the-line heating and air equipment in our customers’ homes. Key Sub Tasks
- Receive work orders, type customer equipment info, invoices and quotes on a company-provided iPad on Field Edge Software
- Keep your company truck clean, inside and out
- Keep your truck inventory up to date
- Join the on-call rotation every 7 weeks
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Have and maintain a clean driving record
- Efficient communication with dispatchers, managers, parts, installations teams
- Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as an individual and home service expert
- Previous experience as a residential HVAC installer or service technician
