Entry Level Event Assistant
We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Event Assistant to support live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach initiatives . This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking hands-on experience in event operations, customer service, and brand representation in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site operations
Greet and engage attendees while clearly communicating event details, promotions, and brand messaging
Represent client brands in a professional, energetic, and engaging manner
Deliver friendly, high-quality customer service to guests and participants
Support brand activations, marketing events, and community outreach initiatives
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and successful event execution
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
Outgoing, dependable, and comfortable interacting with the public
Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Punctual, motivated, and eager to learn new skills
Interest in events, marketing, promotions, public relations, or community outreach
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus—but not required
