Water Mitigation Technician and Helpers
Peerless Restoration, a distinguished provider of emergency fire, water, mold remediation, and disaster recovery services, is seeking a dedicated Water Mitigation Technician and Helpers to join our team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality restoration services to our valued clients. With a rotating on-call schedule for emergency services, we provide paid training and avenues for career advancement. While prior experience is not mandatory, it is highly appreciated. Responsibilities
- Execute water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation tasks as directed, including water extraction, pack-out of contents, removal and disposal of non-salvageable materials, cleaning, light construction, and demolition.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or customer issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Complete assigned tasks in accordance with company processes and guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow instructions.
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Availability for on-call rotation.
- Must pass Respirator Fit test.
Compensation
Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience.
