Remote Life Insurance Broker
Summary
We are a family-operated, independent life insurance agency seeking licensed Life Insurance Agents who want flexibility, a positive culture environment, and real support from day one.
This is a remote based position for individuals that want to grow their book without pressure or micromanagement.

What You’ll Do
- Speak with individuals and families about life insurance options they have requested
- Educate clients and help them make informed decisions
- Conduct conversations by phone, Zoom, or in person
- Manage follow-ups and your own pipeline
What We’re Looking For
- Active life insurance license in your resident state
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Comfortable with basic technology (CRM, Zoom, email)
- Ethical, professional approach to client service
Compensation
- Commission-based compensation with no income cap
- Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time)
- Agents using our systems have generated $60,000–$200,000 annually, depending on effort and consistency
