  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Program Management, Contracts, Operations, Product Management, Engineering leadership, Manufacturing leadership, Human Resources, and executive leadership to support business performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead interactions with external auditors, DCAA auditors, banking partners, and other financial stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls, policies, procedures, and financial best practices to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Analyze financial and operational data, identify trends and risks, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Present financial results, business insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive management in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Mentor, develop, and manage finance and accounting staff, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
