Position Highlights - Centra Virginia Baptist Hospital

• 3-physician team in a 13-bed Level 3B NICU
• Home call for neonatologists; 24/7 in-house NNP coverage
• New 14-bed NICU opening in 2028, featuring single-patient rooms and couplet care rooms to support family-centered care
• Average Daily Census: 11
• ~2,500 deliveries and ~325 NICU admissions annually
• No newborn coverage
• Strong collaborative relationship with the University of Virginia
• Path to future leadership as Medical Director
• J-1 visa sponsorship available
