Data Operations and Compliance Associate - Bilingual English/Spanish
Sparks Group has partnered with the source providing trusted, authenticated, and secure educational data insights seeking a Data Operations and Compliance analyst for a contract to hire opportunity. If you are bilingual English/ Spanish and have experience within the education field, have analyzed large amounts of data or have worked at a law firm this is the ideal job for you. This is a remote role however you must r eside in the DC metro area, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, West Virginia or Texas.
Responsibilities :- Analyze student data enrollment documents sent by colleges and universities.
- Partner with schools to resolve any discrepancies and/or receive additional information.
- Data Enter data into database.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Some college or equivalent experience required.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency- You will be tested.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud a huge plus.
- Adaptable, flexible, and eager to learn.
- Bi-lingual Spanish Preferred.
