Who we are:
Shineforth is a nonprofit organization that provides a comprehensive array of programs to support children, teens, and parents as they work to overcome challenges. What we are looking for:
A Foster Parent Trainer to provide training and certification for agency resource families for the regional center. Support, coach, and develop approved and potential resource families to ensure quality services for the children in Treatment Foster Care and Adoption Grants and build positive permanent connections.
What you will need:
Demonstrated ability to deliver effective training using adult learning principles. Previous experience as a foster/adoptive parent preferred, minimum of two years with a successful placement.
